HUMAN IgM
LigaTrap’s IgM affinity chromatography purification resins have been proven to be the best in the industry, making the purification of IgM straightforward, affordable and lab efficient. IgM resin can be used for up to 100 cycles and has the advantages associated with a more basic elution than other commonly used resins. In a spiked sample matrix, the product yielded 87% with a purity of 97% and binding capacity of 10 mg/mL.
HUMAN IgG
LigaTrap’s Human IgG resin has advantages over other modalities in its ability to capture all IgG subclasses including being superior for IgG1 and IgG2. The resin elutes at a milder pH of 4.0, reducing precipitation and aggregation. It is able to perform well for 100 cycles making it very cost effective.
